1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Tickets to live events, shows, or performances

  • Digital downloads (including music, videos, or other digital content)

  • Limited edition items (as specified in the product description)

All sales of these items are final.

2. Returnable Items

For all other physical products (excluding items listed above), we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
